Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, antepartum patients, and postpartum patients.
• Administer medications using Alaris pumps and monitor for adverse effects.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems, including Meditech and CPN charting.
• Work collaboratively with a team consisting of nurses, CNAs, and obstetric technicians.
• Maintain patient ratios as designated for various levels of care.
• Promote a positive environment with the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year current acute care L&D RN experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN or Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required.
• Experience in mom-baby or couplet care preferred.
• Ability to handle high-risk L&D and antepartum patients.
• Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
