Night Shift RN Supervisor - Lead Clinical Team

RN Supervisor – In‑House Position, Not Remote SALARY RANGE: $35.26 to $48.67 Tennessee State Veterans Home – Knoxville is currently looking for an RN Supervisor Full‑Time for (3) Twelve‑Hour Night Shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., alternating weekends. The Supervisor RN will oversee and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring delivery of quality patient care, providing guidance and support to the team, and maintaining compliance with all regulations and protocols. Qualifications Current and active RN license. Proven experience in a healthcare or nursing home setting with management or supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best‑practice standards. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor nursing staff, assign tasks and evaluate performance. Ensure patient care plans are followed and documentation is accurate and complete. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes. Monitor medication and supply inventories, reorder as needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
