The Opportunity

Glasshouse is hiring experienced Glaziers, with a strong preference for lead-level installers who can independently complete high-quality residential and commercial glass installations.

We are looking for skilled tradespeople who understand precise glass installation, take pride in their craftsmanship, and can contribute immediately in the field.

Candidates with strong residential or commercial glazing experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Install frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, storefront systems, and other custom glass products.
• Complete installations accurately, including leveling, alignment, hardware installation, and professional caulking.
• Work efficiently with installation crews to meet daily job schedules and quality expectations.
• Troubleshoot field conditions, including inaccurate measurements, out-of-plumb surfaces, and installation challenges.
• Safely handle and install large, heavy glass panels using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Protect customer property and maintain a professional appearance on residential jobs.
• Follow workplace safety procedures when working with ladders, lifts, and elevated installations.
• Coordinate installation needs with supervisors and team members.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on glass installation experience, with preference for substantially more experience and demonstrated independent installation ability.
• Practical knowledge of residential or commercial glass installation techniques.
• Ability to use standard glazing tools, measuring equipment, and installation hardware.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and finished workmanship.
• Ability to perform physically demanding installation work, including handling heavy materials with appropriate assistance or equipment.
• Dependable attendance, strong safety awareness, and professional customer interaction.
• Ability to report to the Dallas shop and travel to assigned job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional glazing experience.
• Experience independently installing frameless shower doors, custom mirrors, storefronts, or glass railings.
• Previous experience as a lead installer or crew lead.
• Commercial glazing, lift operation, fall-protection, or OSHA training.
• Experience working in high-end occupied residential properties.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
