Insurance A/R Specialist

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance A/R Specialist to join our growing billing team!

Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM, no nights or weekends

HYBRID REMOTE work schedule - after training.

Training is 2 - 4 weeks at our Regional Support Office in Alpharetta from 8am - 5pm / Monday - Friday.

After training it will transition to a hybrid role of 4 days from home and one day (Tuesday) in the RSO.

Previous medical billing or medical A/R experience is required.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Work all medical claims denials
• Contacting insurance companies to discuss claim denial
• Resubmitting claims after denial
• Managing claim holds

Requirements:

• Dependable team player is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude with patients and co-workers under all conditions
• Sustain excellent attendance and avoid excessive absences and/or tardiness
• Previous medical billing or medical A/R experience is required.
