Quality Technician

The Quality Technician will be responsible for conducting measurements and inspections on the floor, focusing on first run parts, last run parts, and performing periodic checks to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Conduct floor inspections and measurements of first run and last run parts.
• Perform periodic quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Utilize calipers, gages, and metric rulers to perform accurate measurements.
• Calculate tolerances and document findings in the system.
• Communicate effectively with the production team regarding quality issues.

• Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers and gages.
• Ability to read and interpret metric rulers.
• Skill in calculating tolerances.
• Strong documentation skills.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frankfort, KY.

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $20.25/hr.
