Description synthétique du poste Les antennes immobilières mettent en œuvre, sous le pilotage de la direction de l’immobilier et de la logistique à Paris, les opérations immobilières retenues en programmation pour leur zone de compétence géographique (construction, réhabilitation ou restauration), et pilotent directement les opérations de maintenance lourde. Elles apportent également leur appui aux postes diplomatiques de leur zone de compétence pour préparer chaque année la programmation immobilière et les assister pour le contrôle de l’exécution des travaux. Déplacements sur les différents sites de la zone de compétence de l’antenne : Canada, États-Unis, Mexique, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama, Cuba, Haïti, République Dominicaine, Sainte-Lucie, Trinidad et Tobago, Jamaïque. Activités principales Missions générales : Définition des besoins et avis sur les orientations et le mode opératoire à retenir au regard des contraintes du projet et du contexte local Définition de stratégies immobilières pluriannuelles en lien avec les postes concernées et la Direction des Immeubles Diagnostic le cas échéant de l’état des ouvrages existants et analyse du contexte local Association aux études de programme Association au choix de la maîtrise d’œuvre et des entreprises Rédaction et suivi des marchés (études et travaux) Mise au point des études avec la maîtrise d’œuvre Suivi de l’avancement des travaux et réception des ouvrages puis remise à l’utilisateur Proposition de solutions aux problèmes rencontrés Gestion des coûts et délais, veille sur les objectifs de qualité Établissement de la programmation immobilière annuelle relative à l’entretien propriétaire Reporting régulier au secteur géographique de rattachement Principaux projets à piloter : Relocalisations des consulats généraux aux États-Unis (Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco) Sécurisation et ravalement des façades de la Résidence Kalorama à Washington DC Rénovation et sécurisation du campus diplomatique d'Ottawa Rénovation technique des bâtiments du Consulat général et services culturels à NYC Vente et acquisitions de logements à NYC Lancement du projet de rénovation de l'IFAL à Mexico Programmation du projet de reconstruction de l'IH en Haïti Ravalement et rénovation des façades de l'Ambassade à Panama Diplômes ou expérience professionnelle recommandée pour exercer les fonctions Expérience dans la gestion de projets (de l’expérience à l’étranger serait un plus) Expérience de maîtrise d’ouvrage Connaissance du domaine du bâtiment Expérience de gestion de patrimoine #J-18808-Ljbffr Ministère des Affaires étrangères français
