Unit Specifics:
Number of Beds : 40
Patient Ratios : 1:7
Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 clinical nurse coordinator, 7 nurses, 4 PCTs, and 1 UC per shift.
Type of equipment : regular medical equipment for med-surg unit
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: 36hrs per week w/ rotating weekends
Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float to like units
Patient Experience requirements: 1 years
Hospital Specifics-
Certifications: BLS
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set: Med-surg RN
Must have: BLS and current GA RN license
Advanced skills needed: none
Procedures performed on unit: EKGs, Glums, Venipuncture
Certifications Required: BLS
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
Royal blue top and bottom
