Job Overview ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in our Dallas, TX office. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities Close sales and win new business within a defined, protected territory. Attend ADP’s award‑winning training program and work with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions. Cultivate relationships with Human Resources staff and executive decision‑makers, set appointments, and gather leads from internal partners. Assess buyer needs and present the best ADP solutions. Manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, document them, and see deals through implementation until the new business is up and running. Cross‑sell additional ADP products to existing accounts and build long‑term client relationships. Required Qualifications Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold‑call without fear of rejection. Strategic closer with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in outside business‑to‑business sales. Strong time‑management skills, the ability to prioritize deliverables, and multi‑task effectively. College degree is great but not required; three years of business‑to‑business sales experience (preferably field sales) or military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality may also be acceptable.
