Shift lead

We are currently seeking a second shift lead production worker to join our team at Dakotaland Feeds, LLC in Huron, SD. The production Lead worker will be responsible for assisting with the manufacturing and packaging of animal feed products, ensuring that all production processes are carried out efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and plan work schedule to meet production needs. Direct other employees on the shift to accomplish daily goals. Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Receive and loadout. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed. Weigh and mix ingredients according to specific formulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Requirements Prior operations lead person preferably in feed manufacturing or ag related field. Completion of a secondary agriculture degree or three years in an agriculture related field. Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds. General mechanical aptitude. Basic math and computer skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shift and as needed hours very from noon - four pm starting time and can be twelve hours. If you are able to think and plan out other employees duties and have passion to succeed.
