Job Description:
- Client is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our corporate Talent Acquisition team.
- They will support the end-to-end interview scheduling process with seamless execution and attention to detail for a best-in-class candidate and associate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiters, HR Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidate to schedule and coordinate phone, video, and/or in person interviews in both corporate locations.
- Create interview agendas for candidate and hiring team; distribute all interview details to candidate and candidate information to hiring team
- Book all candidate travel as necessary (travel, lodging, etc.) and manage the candidate travel reimbursement process
- Prepare and extend offer documents in a timely manner
- Provide HR partner with all new hire packet information
- Partner with the Global Mobility team to initiate candidate relocation
- Distribute weekly reporting to key stakeholders
- Assist rest of team with research projects
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Consistently demonstrates professionalism while having a positive and solution-oriented approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Minimum of one year of corporate experience
