Cardiac Progressive Care Nurse Opportunity at Ascension ProvidenceLocation: Waco, TXFacility: Ascension ProvidenceSpecialty: Cardiac Progressive CareSchedule: Days | Full-timeSign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000How You'll Make an Impact in This RoleProvide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse by assessing patient needs, implementing individualized care plans, and promoting safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.Coordinate patient care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team while documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).Assess patient conditions, communicate clinical changes promptly, and carry out physician and nursing orders to support patient safety and quality improvement.Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate discharge planning, ensure continuity of care, and deliver exceptional patient-centered care.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
