This role will primarily leverage WorkivaWdesk, Workday, andOfficeConnectto supportaccurateandtimelyfinancial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working with financial systems and large data sets. In addition to core reporting responsibilities, this position will becross-trainedwith a Financial Systems Analyst to provide backup coverage for critical recurring processes, including select Workday andFloQastmonthly activities.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Data ManagementPrepare and maintain monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timelinessRoll forward financial reporting presentations and schedules, ensuring proper tie-outs and consistency across periodsLoad, validate, and reconcile general ledger source data retrieved via OfficeConnect into Workiva WdeskPerform data validation procedures to confirm alignment between source systems, Workiva outputs, and reporting presentationsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Accounting, FinancialPlanning&Analysis (FP&A), and Financial Systems teamsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Accounting and FP&A teams to validate financial data, assumptions, and results Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding data questions, timing, and required follow-ups Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting workflows Systems & Process Support Serve as backup support for a Financial Systems Analyst, including select recurring Workday and FloQast monthly processes RequirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on financial reporting Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across both business and technical roles Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities while meeting deadlines and producing meaningful deliverables Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field 1-4 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or a related role Knowledgeable in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and core accounting principles Strong attention to detail with ability to meet recurring deadlines  Experiencewith Workiva Wdesk,WorkdayFinancials modules, OfficeConnect, and/or FloQast preferredCPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting certificationhelpful but not required #LI-Onsite#LI-MV1Pay Details:The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $137,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
