What You'll Do

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers and help create new opportunities for our sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect with homeowners through friendly, professional face-to-face conversations in the field.

• Introduce Tristen Miranda's energy solutions and explain their potential value.

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify genuine interest.

• Build rapport and establish trust quickly.

• Qualify interested prospects and gather relevant information.

• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales closers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.

• Consistently work toward daily and weekly activity goals.

• Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of sales experience to succeed. We're looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older.

• Are authorized to work in the United States.

• Have a valid driver's license.

• Have reliable personal transportation.

• Have a mobile device with cellular data.

• Enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations.

• Communicate clearly and confidently.

• Are comfortable working in a face-to-face field environment.

• Stay positive and motivated when facing rejection.

• Are self-motivated and able to manage your daily activities independently.

• Are goal-oriented and motivated by performance.

Previous sales, customer service, canvassing, hospitality, retail, or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required.

Earning Potential

$70,000–$200,000 annually

Work Environment
