You'll use a flat-rate pricing guide — no guessing, no negotiating. You explain the problem in plain language, show them what it would take to solve it at different levels, and let them choose. When they say yes, you do the work or coordinate the install.That's it. You're part problem-solver, part trusted advisor, part salesperson — and you get paid for all three.Who We're Looking ForThis role is built for someone who:Is a natural communicator — you can talk to anyone, make them feel comfortable, and explain things without talking over their headIs mechanically inclined — you don't need to be an electrician, but you need to be the kind of person who figures things out, isn't intimidated by tools, and can learn how residential electrical systems workIs motivated by income — you want to earn, not just clock in.
