Resident Assistant

Position: Resident Assistant - Assisted Living Job Duties And Responsibilities Include Passing water, linens, and meal trays Organizing equipment and changing batteries on lifts Helping with other minor tasks around the halls Accompanying residents on transportations Answering call lights Answering the phone Other tasks assigned by designated staff Talking with residents and getting to know them Qualifications Show a desire to learn and help others Be compassionate, hardworking, and empathetic Must be flexible, be a team player, and have a positive attitude.
