About the Job SGA Lists is hiring dependable, hardworking, and energetic Barbacks to work at the prestigious PGA TOUR Championship in Atlanta, GA, from August 27-30 . Join our hospitality team and support bartenders in delivering exceptional beverage service to guests in premium hospitality areas during one of golf's premier events. Position Summary: As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring bars remain fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout the event. You'll work closely with bartenders to keep operations running efficiently while providing an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Compensation:
- $15 per hour
- Stock bars with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, garnishes, cups, and other supplies.
- Replenish inventory throughout the shift to keep bar operations running smoothly.
- Keep bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Remove empty bottles, trash, and used glassware as needed.
- Assist bartenders with setup, breakdown, and restocking.
- Refill ice bins and transport supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Provide friendly and professional support to bartenders and guests.
- Previous barback, bar, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for alcohol service assignments).
- Event Dates: August 27-30
- Morning shifts only
- Must be available to work during the tournament dates.
