Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, risk assessment, and crisis management. As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. You will work closely with our clients to identify and mitigate potential security risks and develop effective security protocols and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security assessments and identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement security plans and protocols to protect clients and their assets
- Monitor and analyze security systems and procedures to identify any weaknesses or areas for improvement
- Investigate security incidents and provide timely and accurate reports to management
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure the most effective security measures are in place
- Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage relationships with external security vendors and contractors
- Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis management support as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in security operations, risk assessment, or crisis management
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and security software systems
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
