3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday; hours between 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)

Job Description

The CT/XR Technologist is responsible for operating radiologic equipment to produce quality diagnostic images. This role includes performing both routine and emergency diagnostic procedures, such as surgery, general radiography, portable radiography, and computed tomography, according to established standards and guidelines. Additional clerical and patient care duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Perform routine and emergency diagnostic procedures accurately.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.
• Assist with clerical duties and patient care as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited program in radiologic technology.
• Certified in CT by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
• Registered with the State Bureau of Radiologic Health in Iowa.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
