Combining deep technical expertise with strong leadership, the remote Principal Software Developer will contribute to scalable back-end solutions and enterprise integrations while mentoring team members and influencing technical strategy within the IT Solutions Department. Key responsibilities Design and implement scalable back-end solutions and enterprise integrations Drive automation initiatives and establish AI-assisted development standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal platforms and automation systems Required qualifications Expertise in Node.js and JavaScript Strong knowledge of REST API and GraphQL Experience in software architecture and design Proficiency in AI-assisted development practices Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams
