Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Details

The Medical Care Unit for our facility is a unit that has less acute patients that may just be awaiting placement to a long term care facility. They may be a variety of medical diagnoses. The unit is shared with Inpatient Rehab and nurse may have to float between the two units. Inpatient Rehab is a designated unit for intense rehab services. Telemetry experience preferred. Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Geriatric, Medical/Surgical, Adult, Telemetry and Psychiatric Issues.

Registered Nurse, Telemetry SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in entire work history SSN & DOB On-File Driver's License Copy On-File 2 Professional References, 1 must be from Supervisor Cerner EMR Experience Required
