Model proficiency through precepting newcomers, contribute to safe, efficient care, and support specialty education and competency validation. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's preferred). Current RN licensure. At least 6 months of RN experience. BLS certification. Key Duties Care for patients with moderate to high acuity on Med-Surg units, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain safety and quality standards.
