Gastroenterology Physician – Hospitalist Position AdventHealth Dade City/Zephyrhills is seeking skilled and dedicated gastroenterologists (general and GI hospitalists) to join our world-class Digestive Health Institute. As a leading healthcare provider, we combine cutting‑edge medical expertise and technology to deliver compassionate, whole‑person care to our community in East Pasco County. We are looking for a hospitalist with a 7 on/7 off schedule. The opportunity includes a base salary with bonus potential exceeding $700K. Salary is guaranteed with productivity incentives. Additional benefits include a $100 000 signing bonus, occurrence‑based malpractice coverage, paid leave days, CME days, a 403(b) retirement plan, 457(b) option, 501(c)(3) status eligible for PSLF, sign‑on and relocation allowance, and sponsorship for J‑1 waiver (Conrad and SCRC), H‑1B, and permanent residency. Practice Description The West Florida Division Medical Group continues to grow rapidly to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Over the last six years, we have nearly tripled in size with a projection to grow to 900 providers by the end of 2026. With the addition of AdventHealth Port Charlotte, we span a broad geography in eight counties, with practices in Charlotte, Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas, and Polk counties as well as five care pavilions.
