Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Windsor, CT that is seeking a Lead Product Manager. This role will help drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration across development, UX/UI, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams. The Lead Product Manager will also provide leadership and mentorship within the team while helping drive the future direction of our software. This person must have prior experience as a leader or in a leadership role, as they will manage people in some capacity at some point. Skills

- 5+ years of software product management experience
- Experience owning products throughout the full development lifecycle
- Strong Agile and engineering collaboration experience
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring product teams preferred
