Quick Facts Location: 12370 Hesperia Road, Victorville, CA 92395 Start Date: 06/01/2026 End Date/Duration: 3-6 months Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Contract with potential perm placement License/Certifications: BC or BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; licensed in CA or IMLC Experience: Prior primary care experience; adult/geriatric focus preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $170.43 Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team to ensure your success during your assignment What You’ll Do Provide primary care services to adult and geriatric patients Conduct patient assessments, history-taking, and physical exams Perform procedures such as PAPs, cryotherapy, punch biopsies, simple wound care Some providers will perform joint injections and toenail removals Prescribe medications, including birth control Document patient encounters using NextGen EMR Collaborate with a team of physician and advanced practice providers Follow facility protocols and guidelines What You Need Required: MD degree, Board-certified or Board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active medical license in California or eligible via IMLC Minimum of 1 years primary care experience Strong procedural skills as listed Excellent communication and patient care skills Preferred: Experience with adult and geriatric populations Familiarity with NextGen EMR About the Assignment Join a busy outpatient clinic committed to quality patient care in Victorville, California.
