Senior Manager, Service Marketing & Product Management - REMOTE

Danaher's Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks a Senior Manager to develop and execute global service growth strategy, drive profitable commercial solutions, and lead a global team across service strategy, product management, and commercial performance. The role is fully remote and reports to the VP of Global Service.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Service Leadership to develop and execute service growth strategy and commercial roadmap
- Own global service commercial solutions portfolio including customer insights, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management
- Lead Service participation in New Product Development and Life Extension processes for product launches
- Drive growth through service attachment, contract programs, installed base monetization, and commercial initiatives
- Lead and develop global team responsible for service strategy execution, product management, marketing, and commercial solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 10+ years experience in service, aftermarket, commercial strategy, or product management
- 5+ years directly managing and developing employees in global, matrixed environments
- Demonstrated experience in service/aftermarket (contracts, field service, technical support, lifecycle services)
- Proven success developing commercial growth strategies with measurable revenue and profitability impact
- Strong financial acumen with pricing strategy, business case development, and cost-to-serve analysis experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Service, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations
