WEL Companies is Hiring CDL-A OTR Drivers!

Are you an experienced CDL-A driver looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, weekly home time, and modern equipment? Join WEL Companies and drive for one of the Midwest's most respected temperature-controlled carriers.

Driver Pay & Earnings:

  • Additional $30 per stop (excluding first pickup and final delivery)
  • Short Haul Pay Available
  • Guaranteed Minimum Pay: $1,000 per week*
  • Average Annual Earnings: $69,000
  • Top 50% of Drivers Earn: $78,000+
  • Top 25% of Drivers Earn: $85,000+

DOT Inspection Bonuses:

  • Level 1 Inspection: $250
  • Level 2 Inspection: $200
  • Level 3 Inspection: $150

Home Time:

  • Flexible home time based on weeks out
  • 2 weeks out = 2 days home
  • 3 weeks out = 3 days home
  • Additional home time earned with extended runs

Freight & Lanes:

  • No-Touch Freight
  • Refrigerated (Reefer) Freight
  • Truckload and Multi-Stop Deliveries
  • Primarily Midwest and Eastern United States
  • Expected to run all 48 states as customer needs require

Refresher Course Available. Trainers make an EXTRA $560 a Week!

Experienced Driver Referrals:

Orientation — Location: Mustang, Oklahoma. Includes:

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 21 Years of Age
  • Ability to Operate in All 48 States
