The automotive dispatcher must be able to:
- dispatch work effectively to ensure customer satisfaction (completion times)
- make sure work is being done expeditiously and correctly he or she is also responsible for assisting the service advisors with information regarding customers vehicles throughout the day must be very well organized and a team player
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
