DevOps Engineer

Salary: $106,100 - 176,800 per year Requirements:

• We need 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Operations.
• We are looking for strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), Python, Ansible, YAML, and Git/GitHub.
• We expect experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• We require experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• We value familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Azure Monitor.
• We require experience using ServiceNow for incident, change, and operational support workflows.
• We need strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and problem-solving skills.
• We expect excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform, and BuildPiper.
• Preferred: experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
• Preferred: strong Kubernetes administration skills and experience with containerized applications.
• Preferred: exposure to Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Preferred: familiarity with CyberArk, Conjur, and secrets management tools.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare or another regulated environment.
• We require the ability to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future employer sponsorship.

• We design, implement, and support Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (AKS) environments.
• We build automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, and YAML-based configurations.
• We create, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and related DevOps tooling.
• We troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, cloud, and platform issues.
• We implement and support monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions with Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, and ServiceNow.
• We take part in incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, and operational support.
• We develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• We work closely with Development, QA, SRE, Security, and Operations teams to strengthen reliability, scalability, and automation.
• We support cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and automation initiatives.
• We drive continuous improvement across deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• We participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and provide after-hours support for production incidents, deployments, and critical issues.
