We are seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator – 2nd shift who is quality-focused and brings a continuous improvement mindset. In this role, you will support daily production by setting up and operating both CNC and conventional machines, working with a variety of materials and components, and handling special setups for custom projects.

Responsibilities:

• Examine technical documents to determine machining requirements.
• Mark dimensions and reference points on materials.
• Secure tools and materials on machines.
• Adjust machine controls and monitor operations.
• Inspect finished workpieces for accuracy.
• Assemble components and ensure proper alignment.
• Collaborate with team members to solve issues.
• Create fixtures for various operations.
• Review and communicate necessary corrections for accuracy.
• Maintain workplace organization and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Completion of Machine/Tool and Die Technology program or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in conventional and CNC equipment setup and operation.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Background in quality-controlled environments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
