Senior Techno-Functional Oracle ERP Consultant

Job Summary Our client, a leading retail and consumer goods provider, is seeking a Senior Techno‑Functional Oracle ERP Consultant to join their team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Core Responsibilities Play a key role in solution design, integration architecture, and implementation. Ensure seamless integration between enterprise systems, Kafka data streams, and Oracle Cloud ERP for financial processing, payments, and general ledger accounting. Work closely with product management, business stakeholders, QA teams, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality solutions. Required Skills/Experience (Must‑Haves) Techno‑functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials. Experience implementing or integrating tax engines (Vertex preferred) with ERP systems. Experience with rebate management processes or systems. Experience with enterprise integration and event‑driven architecture (Kafka preferred). Strong understanding of financial data flows, accounting, and reconciliation processes. Experience working within software engineering or product development teams. Experience in large enterprise implementations involving multiple integrated systems. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP integration frameworks (REST APIs, FBDI, OIC, etc.). Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams to deliver complex programs. Strong blend of functional finance knowledge and technical integration expertise. Work Environment Location: Raleigh, North Carolina. Hybrid work arrangement: 4 days onsite; 1 day remote.
