Our backend pillar builds foundational Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and services in Java, owning all the code that supports list views, related lists, and their creation, updates, filtering, and deletion. Our frontend pillar creates client-side display layers in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, allowing users to find and interact with their data. We have backend- and frontend-focused engineers, but we work as one seamless unit and share ownership of critical, reusable components like LWC Common Lists, which are used by teams across Salesforce to build their own list-based interfaces.
