Required Skills: Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology Valid and active license to practice in Arizona (IMLC only) Current certifications in Advanced Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Proven experience in anesthesia administration, including general, ortho, neuro, trauma, and endo procedures Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience with Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMR systems Exposure to ambulatory surgery centers and high-volume surgical environments Additional certifications or training in pain management or subspecialty areas Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree At least 2 years of post-residency clinical practice in a hospital or ambulatory setting Experience working with CRNAs and multi-specialty surgical teams Other Requirements: Ability to work scheduled day shifts (12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00) Willingness to work certain holidays at increased compensation rates Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and compliance with hospital policies This position involves supporting staff anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a dynamic environment with a patient volume of 50-60 cases per day Seize this fantastic opportunity to advance your anesthesiology career with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
