About the Role
The Company is in search of an experienced Equity Capital Markets Vice President to become a key member of its ECM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the execution of a variety of ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, secondary offerings, and other equity financings. This role involves managing transaction timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing and reviewing offering materials, and overseeing due diligence processes. The Vice President will also be expected to mentor and develop junior team members and work closely with senior bankers on client coverage and strategic discussions. Applicants for the Vice President, Equity Capital Markets position at the company should have a minimum of 5-8 years' of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on ECM. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in executing IPO transactions and other public equity offerings, as well as a deep understanding of capital markets dynamics, transaction structuring, and execution processes. Excellent financial analysis, valuation, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple live transactions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and client-facing abilities are also necessary for this role.
