Senior AI Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite Experience Required: 12+ Years Job Description We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, and SQL to build scalable conversational AI and voice solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop AI-driven IVR and conversational AI systems . Build NLP models for text classification, clustering, and intent detection . Design LLM workflows using Prompt Engineering, RAG, and evaluation frameworks . Develop Agentic AI workflows . Establish LLMOps/MLOps practices. Analyze data using SQL . Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
