What You'll Do

• Assist surgical team members in the operating room to prepare and maintain sterile environments
• Set up surgical instruments and supplies
• Pass instruments and supplies during procedures, ensuring smooth workflow
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Document all surgical activities and assist with patient recovery as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Certified Surgical Tech (CST) certification
• Minimum of 1-2 years of OR/surgical experience
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred:

• Previous experience in operating room settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
