Center Manager

This position is incentive eligible. Job Summary and Qualifications We are searching for a Center Manager with strong patient care leadership. The role includes interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising clinic staff, developing and leading clinic goals, managing performance and patient flow, ensuring compliance, and cash management. Responsibilities Interview, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff. Develop and lead the execution of clinic goals and objectives to support overall performance and operations. Manage all team performance including patient and visitor issues, providing feedback, recognizing good performance, and identifying potential candidates for promotional opportunities. Monitor patient flow, keep patients informed, oversee and seek to reduce wait times using Web Check-in, and coordinate efforts for the highest quality care and services. Ensure all cash management procedures are followed appropriately. Regularly communicate with primary accounts. Ensure all compliance measures are met. Qualifications H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field highly preferred. 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting required. 1+ year of experience in staff supervision helpful. RN, LPN, MA, NCT, RT, or other applicable clinical license beneficial. BLS certification required within 30 days. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
