• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: General OR including trauma (MVA, GSW, ortho fracture, neuro), cancer, pediatrics, ortho/neuro, ENT, urology, dental, eye, gyn, day surgery, vascular; bariatric surgery, spine, total joints, cranial procedures 3. Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred, CNOR preferred; copies required at submission 4. License: AK RN license required in hand for Auto Offer; pending licenses accepted but takes 10-12 weeks 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days (0645-1915 or 0900-2130); call limited to coverage for call-offs only; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: Time off approved individually upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year then require 6-month break before returning 10. Travel/Local: No locals accepted; must be 50 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Guaranteed 60 hours per 2 weeks with possible call-off for 1 shift per 2 weeks.
