Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role includes patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as dictated by practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, BSPT).
• Active state PT license or the ability to obtain a license.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
