IT Manager, Global Platforms TPO
Johnson & Johnson
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technical Product Owner to lead global technology product strategy for content management platforms, including Global Connext and Digital Asset Management systems. The role requires coordinating across regional teams, translating business needs into executable roadmaps, and managing delivery governance for a complex content excellence ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own global technology product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Connext and DAM platforms
- Serve as global technical lead, coordinating regional teams and defining technology direction across systems
- Translate business objectives into capabilities, epics, features, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Establish global prioritization approach balancing business value, compliance, risk, and delivery capacity
- Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and business outcomes; guide continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 4+ years in technology product management, technical product ownership, or platform delivery
- Demonstrated experience owning medium to large-scale technology products through full lifecycle
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in matrixed, global organizations
- Strong stakeholder influence and alignment skills without direct authority
- Knowledge of content management, digital asset management, and integration platforms
