Job Description:


We are seeking a qualified Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Clifton Springs, with the flexibility to support RGH Genesee Valley Derm as needed from July through January. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dermatology, recent EPIC electronic health record experience, and at least three years of relevant practice.


Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient load of approximately 25-35 patients per day
• Support Clifton Springs primarily, with potential support to RGH Genesee Valley Derm
• Collaborate with support staff (LPN, RN, MA) to ensure efficient patient care
• Provide high-quality dermatological care and patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC

Requirements:

• NY License in Hand
• Board Certified Dermatology Nurse Practitioner
• Recent EPIC experience
• Minimum of 3 years of dermatology practice
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• BLS certification required
• Clear work history with no gaps of 30 days or more
• If malpractice history exists, provide a physician statement
• Support staff (LPN, RN, MA) ratio: 1 for every 12 patients

Shift Details:

• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
