About the Position

Job Title: RN - Cath Lab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12.0 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Cath Lab License: RN License (New York License only) Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), Moderate Sedation Trained Must-Have: - Experience with TAVR, Microclip, and Watchman - Experience in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, FlowTriever - Mechanical Circulatory Support Experience: ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo, LVAD - Structural Heart experience with TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty, and ASA - Critical care or Cardiac experience required Description: The Cath Lab focuses on mechanical and electrical diagnosis and intervention for cardiac patients. It caters to adult and pediatric patients with a wide range of conditions. The Cath Lab has a comprehensive program with pre and post procedural care holding area. The practice model includes RN staff and collaboration focusing on excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. Nice to Have: - Cardiovascular certification or RCES preferred - Familiarity with Device and Ablation procedures and equipment - EP Lab experience
