Landscaping Field Technician and Customer Relation Representative

Job Description Job Description *PREVIOUS LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE NEEDED* Job Summary We are looking for a high-performing representative to join our landscaping sales team. As a Customer Relations employee, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers and meeting with them, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive experience. You will meet with customers regularly and assess their properties and propose needed landscaping services. Responsibilities Meet with customers regularly. Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease Answer customer questions about landscaping services Use Microsoft 365, adobe, and RealGreen systems. Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required Prior landscaping experience is required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision. Ability to use math skills to measure properties and materials. Knowledge of plants and materials
