✨ MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Bakersfield or Wasco, CA | ONSITE | M-F 8-5
Competitive Pay: $24-30 DOE

Are you a creative, organized, and hands-on marketing professional who loves social media, content creation, and bringing ideas to life?

We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day marketing initiatives while supporting customer engagement and business needs. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role where no two days are exactly the same.

⭐ REQUIEREMENTS:
MUST HAVE at least 3+ years of marketing experience or relevant social media/content creation experience no exceptions!
Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Degree in marketing or related preferred, recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong social media management and content creation skills.

Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.

Manage and grow social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.

Create, edit, and publish social media, photo, video, and written content.

Build and manage content calendars and keep projects on schedule.

Develop marketing materials including flyers, brochures, catalogs, presentations, advertisements, and promotional pieces.
Maintain website content and assist with digital marketing initiatives.

Support email marketing, newsletters, and customer communications.

Identify social trends, market opportunities, and creative ideas to increase engagement.

Monitor social media, website, and campaign performance.

Research competitors and industry trends.

Help manage online reviews, customer feedback, partnerships, promotions, and events.

Assist with customer service, order entry, and administrative support during busy periods.

Support trade shows, customer visits, and promotional events as needed.
