Preferred to have ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification Abilities to manage conflicts that may arise with customers and/or TCS internal stakeholders Generic Managerial Skills, If Any ServiceNow CSA, CAD certifications TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
