Position: CDL Class A Team Drivers

Nationwide OTR | USPS Dedicated Routes

What We Offer:

• $2,250 per driver / per week
• $1.04 per mile
• Dedicated USPS round-trip lanes
• Weekly Schedule: 6 loads per week, so 1 day off a week
• Consistent miles & stable freight year-round
• Direct deposit every week

About the Work:

• OTR
• Long-haul, no-touch freight
• USPS contracts = reliable, government-backed freight
• Round-trip lanes = less stress and fewer delays

DEDICATED ROUTE:

• You do this round trip 6 times a week
• Dedicated USPS lanes: Columbus, OH ? Bedford Park, IL ? Fox Valley, IL( 395 miles )
• Backhaul: Aurora, IL ? Columbus, OH ( 390 miles )
• Total = 4,710 miles between 2 drivers.
• Per day, each driver drives around 400 miles

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Team-ready: Bring your own co-driver, or we'll match you with one.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and the ability to operate a dry van, it is a USPS load, so very light. The Truck Driver will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive a dry van for USPS load.
• Plan routes effectively to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and hours of service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate logistics.
• Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks while on the road or at loading docks.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle being operated.
• Experience of at least 1 year.
• Strong knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety regulations and compliance.
• Must have a clean driving record with no major violations.
