Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
A rewarding opportunity is waiting for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) along the South Coast of Oregon, where clinical autonomy, a broad surgical case mix, and a genuinely collaborative anesthesia team come together. This is a chance to join a department where CRNAs are trusted to practice at the full breadth of their skills while working alongside experienced surgeons, physicians, and nursing professionals who value communication and patient safety.
This nonprofit, 200-bed acute-care facility is recognized for patient safety and offers a strong clinical environment where a Hospital CRNA can truly practice to the full breadth of their skills. The organization carries a reputation for dependable, quality-driven care and supports a balanced, team-focused culture. The Hospital CRNA will find a setting that blends modern resources with a grounded and welcoming atmosphere.
The Hospital CRNA will report to a respected anesthesia leadership team that encourages autonomy and sound clinical judgment. The role works closely with surgeons, obstetricians, emergency physicians, and nursing staff in a seamless, team-based model. The Hospital CRNA will also collaborate with skilled anesthesia colleagues who contribute to a cohesive and supportive department.
The Hospital CRNA will support a wide range of anesthesia needs across general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, and additional specialties. This includes obstetrical anesthesia for the Family Birth Center, procedural sedation for areas like Endoscopy, and trauma or emergency response cases when needed. The anesthesia group is known for being close-knit, professional, and steady under pressure, giving the Hospital CRNA an excellent team dynamic to thrive in.
The Hospital CRNA will deliver anesthesia care in accordance with Oregon practice standards, supporting clinical quality, patient safety, and consistent communication with all members of the surgical and procedural teams. The Hospital CRNA will also contribute to clinical decision-making, help ensure appropriate pain management strategies, and uphold Medical Staff bylaws regarding anesthesia practice. Administrative responsibilities may include participation in department meetings, maintaining privileges, and supporting operational goals that enhance service delivery.
This Hospital CRNA role offers Competitive Compensation and Generous Benefits, along with the chance to make a meaningful difference in a community that truly appreciates its caregivers. The Hospital CRNA will step into a position where their skills have a direct, lasting impact on patients across multiple service lines.
