Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are currently working with Cross Road Health Ministries at their Interior Alaksa Medical Clinic in Delta Junction, AK. They are seeking some Primary Care Locum coverage starting in July. At CRHM their mission is to focus relationship centered care to each patient. After reviewing the details below, please let me know if you would like to be considered for this opportunity.
Interior Alaska Medical ClinicDelta Junction, AK Primary Care NP:
• Seeking coverage starting July 6th August 28th
• Monday Friday
• Hours:
- Monday: 9a-6:30p
- Tuesday-Friday: 9a-5:30p
- 30 min lunches
• Patient Load: 10-15 per day
• No weekends
• No Call
• Outpatient Only
• Bread and Butter Primary Care
• On Site coverage: APP, MA, RN, Lab, X-ray and Pharmacy
• Must have active AK State license and DEA (or one you can transfer)
• Must have active CAQH
• Must be enrolled in AK Medicaid and be active in Medicare
