We’re looking for enthusiastic, growth‑driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love yoga to join our company. Candidates must have a 200‑hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin). Responsibilities Previous management experience is required. Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff Working a minimum of 40 in‑studio hours per week Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends) Tracking studio budget Addressing day‑to‑day maintenance needs Processing payroll Overseeing inventory Working 4‑5 front desk shifts Performing cleaning duties throughout the day Leading teacher trainings Managing teachers and front desk staff Benefits Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of health, dental and vision insurance (up to $535/month) 2‑week (10 days) paid time off Free yoga, all day, everyday 401(k) plan Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule 8‑hour shift Holidays On call Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Types Commission pay Work Location One location Job Type: Full‑time; Hourly $25 - $31 per hour.
