Job Title: Logistics Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Location: Middleton, MA (Onsite)

Duration: Contract through 12/31/2026

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join a manufacturing team in Middleton, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing warehouse environment with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Scan, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions using SAP or a warehouse management system.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2+ years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Experience with Shipping & Receiving operations.
• Forklift experience (Reach Truck, Sit-Down, Order Picker, or similar).
• Experience with inventory management and cycle counting.
• Basic computer skills; SAP or WMS experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts if needed.
