Renew Home Health is hiring a dependable, compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help patients build strength and independence in their homes across the Fort Worth area. In this full-time role, you’ll carry out therapy treatments under the supervising physical therapist’s plan of care and support each patient’s recovery at home. What you’ll do as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• Provide skilled PTA visits in patients’ homes throughout the Fort Worth area
• Carry out therapy treatments under the supervising physical therapist’s plan of care
• Help patients build strength, mobility, balance, and independence
• Track patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT and care team
• Teach patients and families home exercises and safety strategies
• Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools

What we’re looking for

• Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• Home health experience a plus
• A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Reliability and strong hands-on therapy skills
• A caring, patient-first attitude
